On September 21, 2019, the Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen Partner University Fair, organized by the Office of International Affairs · Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs and International Communication Association, was successfully carried out in the Activity Center in HITSZ, University Town. 22 colleges and universities from 9 countries and regions around the world, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Sweden, Israel, South Korea and Hong Kong, gathered together to bring the latest and most authoritative study abroad trends and information to students and parents who are concerned with overseas study. Universities included University of Oxford, University of Bristol, University of Birmingham, University of Sussex, University of Strathclyde and Loughborough University from the United Kingdom; Johns Hopkins University, University of Southern California, University of Minnesota System, Michigan State University, University of Illinois at Chicago, Temple University from the United States; Australian National University, University of Melbourne, University of Queensland, University of Adelaide from Australia; and University of British Columbia from Canada, École Centrale Nantes from France, KTH Royal Institute of Technology from Sweden, University of Haifa from Israel, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and Hong Kong Baptist University from China.

International Communication Association sent its members and volunteers to receive the representatives from various universities one to one, as well as followed and guided them during the whole process and assisted them to answer the questions from students and distribute souvenirs. The exhibition site was full of colorful flags printed with the names of participating universities. Meanwhile, the exhibition area of each university displayed souvenirs with typical features and the brochure of different training programs. It also provided information of related issues, such as application, recommended lists, financial aids and language tests. In the presentation area, representatives from different universities took turns to introduce their study abroad programs, which were full of essential information.
